Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is an evidence based talking therapy for the treatment of anxiety and depression.  If you've been feeling like things are getting on top of you, noticing that you've been less motivated to do things than you previously have been, maybe you've been worrying more about things than you used to, or perhaps you'd like some help with feeling more confident?  This could be the therapy for you.

Eye Movement Desentisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence based therapy for lots of different types of symptoms, but it has been shown to be particularly effective at treating symptoms of trauma.  Maybe you have some events from the past which you feel you can't move forward from and would like to address these once and for all to be free to live a happier life?  This could be the therapy for you.
